Our Saint Augustine location represents the next chapter of The Cajun Beach. Built from the foundation of our original Flagler Beach kitchen, this space gave us a little more room to create — while staying true to the flavors and comfort our guests know and love. 

Here, we're able to sprinkle in a few of our favorite extras like beignets and house-made desserts, while continuing to serve authentic Cajun dishes, fresh seafood boils, and Southern coastal and American favorites made with care. It's the same Cajun Beach at heart, just with a bit more space to explore and refine. 

Saint Augustine also allows us room to grow thoughtfully. From future menu ideas to potential catering and special offerings, this location reflects where we're headed — without losing sight of where we began. It's a place for gathering, sharing, and enjoying food that feels familiar, comforting, and made fresh and delicious.
